Hand-Hammered Copper Cross #.2101
A monumental expression of timeless faith and heirloom metalwork, the Hand-Hammered Copper Cross No. 2101 commands attention as a singular statement piece. Individually sculpted from heavy solid copper, the cross features extensive hand-hammered texturing across its faceted body, catching and refracting light from every vantage point. Encircling the intersection is an intricately woven copper Celtic ring halo, with every critical structural point permanently reinforced using high-temperature silver brazing for lifetime durability.
Finished in a rich, multi-tonal antique copper patina, the piece reveals deep, warm undertones that contrast brilliantly against natural copper highlights. The entire sculpture is permanently sealed in an automotive-grade, high-gloss clear lacquer, providing complete protection against oxidation while highlighting every individual hammer strike and textured fold without ever requiring polishing.
This sculpture is a completed, one-of-a-kind original. While custom interpretations inspired by this aesthetic can be commissioned, the specific hammer patterning and antique character of this piece are entirely unique. If you need your piece by a specific date, holiday, or anniversary celebration, please contact us directly prior to ordering so we can accommodate your timeline.
