Breathing radiant new life into heirloom metalwork, the original "Heart Cloud" is a striking wall sculpture fashioned from authentic vintage and antique silver-plated serving ware. Sourced from historic trays and platters dating from the late 1800s through the 1970s, each individual heart is carefully cut, precision-sanded, and layered at varying angles to reveal intricate manufacturer scrollwork, antique filigree patterns, and warm copper and brass undertones beneath the silver. Joined using high-strength nickel-bearing brazing, the resulting architectural relief serves as an enduring keepsake for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, housewarmings, weddings, and milestone anniversaries (especially 7th Copper/Brass, 21st Brass, 22nd Copper, and 25th Silver). Sealed with a crystal-clear automotive lacquer, the luster remains permanently protected—requiring no polishing or chemical cleaning.
Because every piece is sculpted from genuine historic serving ware, each piece possesses its own one-of-a-kind personality. Variations in engraving, natural patina, and the proportion of warm brass, rich copper, and luminous silver reflect the authentic age and soul of the underlying vintage metal.

Please note that this is authentic, freehand engraving done directly by hand in our studio—not machine stamping or formal calligraphy—giving your inscription an organic, artisan touch.
