Silver Sugar Skull with Rose #.1632 (Comedy)
A captivating blend of heritage metalwork and sculptural storytelling, this sugar skull wall sculpture breathes vibrant new life into historic heirlooms. Handcrafted from meticulously reclaimed vintage silver-plated serving platters, each piece features an intricately pierced, hand-cut face permanently paired with a hand-sculpted solid copper rose fused directly at the contact points using high-strength silver brazing.
This artisan upcycling process creates a sophisticated interplay between genuine vintage silver plate, underlying copper tones, and glowing brass highlights—showcasing the intricate scrolls, floral relief, and authentic character inherent to each reclaimed piece. Sealed in a crystal-clear, maintenance-free protective finish that never requires polishing, this sculpture stands as an enduring heirloom of sustainable luxury.
Due to the handcrafted nature and one-of-a-kind character of vintage materials, slight variations in patterning and antique markings will occur, making every sculpture uniquely yours. If you need your piece by a specific date, holiday, or anniversary celebration, please contact us directly prior to ordering so we can accommodate your timeline.
